This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you can return or exchange products and request refunds.1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The product does not match the description provided on our website.
You notify us within [3–5 days] from the date of delivery.
⚠️ Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used mattresses, pillows, or bedding items cannot be returned unless defective or covered under
warranty.2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Returns must be authorized by our customer care team before sending the product back.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, soiled, or damaged due to mishandling.
Customized or made-to-order mattresses.
Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before dispatch/shipping.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return and follow the above process.
7. Warranty Claims
Many of our mattresses come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or lack of care.
Comfort preferences (too firm/too soft).
Warranty details are provided with the product.
