1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, worn, or without tags will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Discounted or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
- Customized or altered products
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support with your Order ID.
- Share the reason for return along with product images (if required).
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.
- Return approval is subject to product inspection.
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.
- Please note that shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is not available, we may offer:
- A refund
- Store credit
- An alternative product option
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

MS Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
